Service Satisfaction

If our mobile app testing doesn't meet the agreed-upon specifications or fails to identify critical bugs that should have been caught, we'll work with you to make it right. This might mean additional testing at no charge or a partial refund depending on the situation.

Project Cancellation

Projects cancelled before we begin testing are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees. Once testing has started, refunds are calculated based on work completed and resources already allocated to your project.

Timeline Issues

When we miss agreed-upon deadlines due to issues on our end, we'll discuss compensation options including partial refunds or additional services at no charge. We take our commitments seriously and own up to our mistakes.

How the Refund Process Actually Works

Reach out to us within 30 days of project completion or whenever you first notice an issue. Email works best because it gives us a written record of your concerns. Be specific about what went wrong — the more details you provide, the faster we can resolve things.

We Review Your Case

We'll look at your project details, testing reports, and any communication we've had. This usually takes 2-3 business days. If we need additional information or clarification, we'll ask for it upfront rather than dragging things out.

Decision and Timeline

Once we've reviewed everything, we'll let you know our decision and explain our reasoning. If a refund is approved, we'll tell you exactly how much and when you can expect to see it. Most refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval.

Payment Processing

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically show up in 3-5 business days, while bank transfers can take up to 10 business days. We'll send you confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

What We Can't Refund

We can't offer refunds for issues that arise from incomplete app builds, missing access credentials, or changes to project scope after testing begins. We also can't refund work that's been completed satisfactorily just because you've changed your mind about needing the service.
